1. Webinar registration
Registration provides access to the webinar subject to availability and the terms communicated during registration.
2. Educational purpose
The masterclass is provided for educational and informational purposes. The content is intended to help participants understand principles of entrepreneurship, sustainable physical products, niche selection, marketing systems and impact-focused business.
3. No guarantee of results
Business results vary from person to person. Participation in the webinar, use of the resources, or implementation of the strategies does not guarantee any specific income, revenue, business growth or financial outcome. Any examples should not be interpreted as guarantees.
4. Personal responsibility
Participants are responsible for evaluating their own circumstances, resources, skills and decisions before implementing any business strategy.
5. Free resources
Resources provided as part of webinar registration are for the registered participant's personal educational use unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold, redistributed or commercially repackaged without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The webinar content, frameworks, presentations, videos, written materials, branding and resources are protected intellectual property. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.
7. Webinar recording
Where applicable, the webinar may be recorded for educational, quality or follow-up purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that portions of the session may be recorded.
8. Community conduct
Participants joining the WhatsApp group or other community spaces agree to behave respectfully and professionally. Spam, harassment, inappropriate promotion, misleading claims or disruptive behaviour may result in removal.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify webinar dates, timings, content, speakers, resources or delivery format where reasonably necessary.
10. Third-party platforms
The webinar may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, email systems and other digital services. Their respective terms and policies may also apply.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organisers are not responsible for business decisions, losses or outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of information provided during the webinar.
12. Governing law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction applicable to the business entity.
